<p><strong>The Big Read 2011</strong> featured Dave Eggers’ <strong>Zeitoun</strong>. Ten local libraries hosted Zeitoun-related programming that highlighted New Orleans culture, food, and music, disaster preparedness, and political injustice around the world. Thank you for participating in these programs and discussing Zeitoun with us!</p>
<p>We’d also like to thank Anderson’s Bookshop, Barbara’s Bookstore, Frugal Muse, and the Tivoli Theatre for helping <strong>The Big Read</strong> remain a successful annual event.  We appreciate your continued support of our libraries!</p>
